Roadmap Board

Open any card to add your milestones and check them off. A card turns green when every milestone is done. Daniel arranges cards, sets work days and removes milestones.

How the numbers work

  • Sizes are first estimates in engineer-days. Daniel can change any of them; the totals follow.
  • Engineers start at 5 days a week. The intern starts in week 3 at 3 days.
  • Engineering rows add up days against capacity; the other rows count each person's items.

Working your tasks

  • Set the work day on each of your cards. Each week's cards sort Monday to Friday.
  • Break a task into milestones and tick them off as you go. All ticked = the card turns green.
  • A task with no milestones has a single "complete" box.
  • The board refreshes every few seconds, so everyone sees the same thing.

Decisions already on the board

  • Oct 19: MCP is the DIY product (Brian, weeks 1–2) and Spreedly starts this week. Brandon builds support triage to Kale's spec. Labs are parked until Brandon's schedule is redone.
  • D2: EHR build starts mid-November. The design brief moved to week 4 so it comes first.
  • D3: clinical enablement builds only on a signed LOI or deposit by Nov 5.
  • D8: the intern costs Brian 2 hours a week from week 3. D4: lab programs are Brandon's to build; Kale picks the lab partner.
